In anticipation of their wedding next month, I photographed Michael and Scott this past weekend in lower Manhattan. We were blessed with spectacular weather and beautiful natural light. I’m very excited and happy for both of them.
Dana and Adam REALLY love baking! In this engagement photography session they “mixed it up” during a private lesson, making cupcakes with Diana at Butter Lane Bakery. Earlier that day, I photographed them in Washington Square Park, one of their favorite New York City spots.
I’m sharing this save-the-date postcard from clients that I photographed in December, which announces their wedding day later this year. This image was a favorite all around!
Engagement photo sessions are a great way for my clients to get used to the camera and for me to get a better idea of what types photos are their favorites. There are some great way couples use them. More couples get engaged this time of year — between the holidays and Valentine’s Day — than at any other point on the calendar. Here, a sampling of engagement pictures I took of Jaclyn and Greg just before the holidays. They walked, talked, laughed and hugged as we toured Fort Tryon Park — one of my favorite places in NYC to photograph couples. Jaclyn and Greg will be married in Fall 2016 at Wave Hill Gardens in the Bronx.
Here’s just a sampling of engagement photos I took for Jennifer and Greg earlier this fall. On display, the unmistakable love and affection they have for each other while walking through Fort Tryon Park during a gorgeous late afternoon. Jennifer and Greg will be married this, upcoming, spring — in Cold Spring, NY.
Just blocks from their Washington Heights apartment, Fort Tryon Park is a favorite for Daniel and Massomeh. The park was in full bloom when I spent a morning photographing them in celebration of their engagement. They will be getting married at the Morris-Jumel Mansion in Roger Morris Park in the Fall.
A week into Spring, I was the thrilled to take engagement photos of Brian and David in Fort Tryon Park. It was a chilly, yet, beautiful day — the transition of seasons, evidenced by sprouting flowers juxtaposed with the stark vestiges of winter, provided an appropriate backdrop as this handsome couple looks forward to their wedding in June.
